How to submit a paper

The language of the congress is French. Proposals may be submitted in one or more of the three areas.

Different types of content are available: 

- Empirical research mentioning the objectives of the study, context, theoretical frameworks, methods, research tools, results and conclusions.
- Theoretical text/ Essay/Synthesis.

- Evidence of professional practice.

- Presentation of an educational and/or training tool.

Proposals can be an individual oral communication, a poster communication, a symposium or an innovative form of presentation (film, exhibition, etc.). A symposium may consist of 3 to 8 papers on a common theme.

In all cases, the proposal for an oral, poster or innovative communication must include: 

- A title.

- The surname and first name of the author(s).

- Full institutional references

- An abstract of maximum 3000 characters (including spaces but excluding bibliographic references). The abstract must be precise, in line with the type of paper chosen and in any case include: a problematic question, a critical reflection and a theoretical questioning in relation to the chosen theme.

In all cases, the symposium proposal must include:

- a title

- the name and surname of the organiser(s)

- full institutional references

- the chosen theme and format of the communication, the number of communications in the symposium (3 to 4 for a short symposium of 1h30 - or 6 to 8 for a long symposium of 3h)

- an abstract of 1500 characters maximum (including spaces but excluding bibliographical references). The abstract must be precise, in accordance with the type of communication chosen (symposium) and in all cases include a problematic question, a critical reflection and a theoretical questioning in connection with the chosen axis. The papers that make up the symposium are then divided up according to the above indications.

Main dates:

- 15 30 April 2023: deadline for the reception of the proposals of communication.

- 8  10 May 2023: return of the scientific committee's assessments to the authors.

- 6 June 2023: edition of the final programme with the abstracts of the papers online.

- 1 October 2023: submission of long texts for publication in a collective work and/or journal issues.
